Hi there,
I am making a project in Final Cut pro HD on Mac and I would like to use some clips from this fantastic source. but is it possible to obtain higher resolutions than the ones offered on the site (MPEG-2, MPEG-4 or lower res.) I.E. a resolution that would look OK in a HD project? How do I obtain it - can somebody help?
thanks in advance
yous

Sorry, I'm also fairly new on this but the video resolution depends on the source, so it varies. You're only option is to download the best resolution available...
Archive does admit HD by the way, as in here:
http://www.archive.org/details/Night.Of.The.Living.Dead_1080p
But sometimes the original video is not HD, so if it's not listed as HD in the download options, there isn't really anything to do.

Hi, Thanks for your answer. I think you're right, guess one has to dig up the proper source in order to get the best resolution.
